Düsseldorf, March 1, 2007 REA Mobile AG and REA Card GmbH at the EuroCis 2007 REA Mobile AG and REA Card GmbH combine modern mobile phone applications with well-proven terminal technology at the EuroCis 2007 At the EuroCIS 2007 in Düsseldorf, REA Mobile AG and REA Card GmbH presented the next generation of payment and customer-binding processes for the trade. The innovative concept covers the loading of mobile wallets as well as payment via mobile phone through to integrated bonus programmes and even cash withdrawal at ATMs. The basis for this is a small Java application, »rea-dy client«, which enables all of these transactions. The solution is provided by a closed system with various functions such as bonus programmes, mobile marketing and payment functions. It is, for example, possible to collect bonus points automatically via the mobile phone when paying at the cash desk, with a previously loaded wallet. These are displayed on the mobile phone, administrated, and can be cashed during the payment process. As such, payment via mobile phone is provided on a prepaid as well as postpaid basis. REA Card GmbH is the national market leader in terminal business for the wholesale and retail trade. This know-how and understanding of customer requirements has been channelled into the development of the new solution. In order to complete transactions from the trade, large investment is not required. Existing terminal infrastructure can be used at the trader’s without any great investment. Within a short period, a wide network of acceptance emerges. A win-win situation for the end consumer and the trade.
